AITA was spun off from Nokia in 2019 to create a specialist company for Air-to-Ground (A2G) solutions and services. Our team has led the technology from early research to large-scale implementation in more than 30 countries in Europe. Our disruptive A2G solution and unique competence constitutes a new crossover between aviation and telecommunications.
Who We Are
AITA, as the first Egyptian based licenced service provider for IFC (In Flight Connectivity) and Aviation Information Technolgy services . Offering high speed broadband services AITA with both Egyptian and international investment is focusing on providing the latest technology in the field of non-terrestrial services. Not only this, but it will be focusing on establishing regional and global partnerships with key players in the area of Aviation and Satellite communications. EADP
the Egyptian African for Development Projects together with Edgecom Egypt established AITA to develop information tecnolgy and aviation across Egypt and Africa AITA intends to enhance its scale and scope to drive growth in the increasingly dynamic and competitive satellite communications industry. AITA is expected to increase the pace and scope of innovation within the area of satellite connectivity sector by offering new and improved capabilities to customers that will address the ever-increasing speed, flexibility, reliability, coverage and security they demand.
